What if my order arrives damaged?

We ask that you carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice visible damage—including damage to the outer box—please note it on the delivery slip when signing. If you suspect damage but can’t check the contents immediately, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.

Should your order arrive damaged, email photos to support@lumedepot.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund—typically processed within one business day.
