How long does shipping take? When will I get my order?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, though in many cases they ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. If longer shipping times apply, this will always be noted on the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a 100% refund as long as they haven’t shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@lumedepot.com if you’d like to cancel. Once an order has left the warehouse, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please examine all packages at delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but can’t check the contents during delivery, write “suspect damage” when signing. Should your order arrive damaged, email support@lumedepot.com with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation right away.

Will I get an order confirmation by email?
Yes. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email entry to ensure delivery, and consider printing or saving the message for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Florida and only charge sales tax on orders shipping within the state. Orders outside Florida are tax-free, which can mean significant savings compared to other retailers.
Can I make changes to my order?
